gin pomegranate punch (vegan)

I love the way almond milk tastes mixed into a cocktail, like a boozy dessert.

Makes 4 drinks

24 oz. almond milk

4 oz. gin

3/4 cup grenadine

1/4 cup Plum + Rose Jam

Pomegranate seeds, to garnish

Crushed ice

1. Place all ingredients into a pitcher and stir until blended.

2. Strain punch into a punch bowl.

3. Fill glasses with crushed ice.

4. Pour punch into each glass and top with pomegranate seeds.

5. Alternatively, serve punch in a punch bowl.
