No Bake Plum + Cherry Waffle Parfaits

These no-bake parfaits are super simple and absolutely stunning. 

Recipe adapted from Broma Bakery

Makes 4 

 

For the cream:

2 cups heavy cream

1/4 c. sugar

1/4 tsp. vanilla extract, optional

 

For the filling:

1 jar Plum + Rose Jam

4 Belgian waffles

1 lb. cherries

 

1. Whip cream and sugar in a medium bowl until stiff peaks form.

2. Pit half of the cherries and slice down the center.

3. Alternate layers of cream, cherries, jam and pieces of waffles.

4. Top with remaining cherries, stems facing up, and serve.
